TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light is designed for gentle hydration of oily and acne-prone skin. It controls shine in the T-zone, regulates sebaceous activity, and refreshes the skin upon application.

It strengthens the hydrolipid barrier, soothes redness and irritation, and supports skin recovery. The texture is rich yet lighter than the original version, absorbing quickly without stickiness.

Formulated with 4% niacinamide (Vitamin B3), a multifunctional ingredient that balances sebum production, prevents excess shine, reduces pigmentation, stimulates collagen synthesis, and improves skin defense functions.
